Provide strategic legal support to the company including contracts, compliance, risk review, intellectual property guidance, and practical legal counsel for a fast-growing multi-product business operating in real estate, healthcare, pharmacy, maternal care, mobility, and digital productivity sectors. The successful finalist will also assist with company-related business deals across both current and future products, support the legal aspects of solicitation and bidding for projects that the company pursues and delivers (RFPs, RFQs, tenders, institutional partnerships, government and donor-funded engagements), and help safeguard the company’s commercial interests from negotiation through delivery.

  • Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, MOUs, NDAs, and service agreements across the company’s full product portfolio (current and future).
  • Review and maintain terms of service, privacy policies, and user agreements for MyHome, MedNear, CareNear, MamaSafe, FocusApp, DriveShield, and upcoming products.
  • Assist with company-related business deals — partnership negotiations, distribution agreements, reseller and channel arrangements, licensing, joint ventures, and strategic alliances tied to both existing and pipeline products.
  • Support the solicitation of projects the company will work on and deliver: review and prepare legal portions of bids, RFP/RFQ/EOI responses, tender submissions, government and donor-funded proposals, and institutional procurement engagements.
